The Pakistan Journal of Clinical Research (PJCR) is dedicated to broad dissemination, ethical reuse, and open access of published research. To facilitate transparency and compliance with international standards, PJCR publishes all articles under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0), unless otherwise specified. This license allows readers and third parties to share, adapt, and use the work for any purpose, including commercial use, provided proper credit is given to the original authors. Authors retain full copyright of their work while granting PJCR the right to publish, distribute, and index the manuscript. Authors may deposit preprints or accepted versions in repositories, use their work in future academic outputs, and distribute copies for educational or non-commercial purposes. PJCR reserves the right to disseminate content via indexing platforms, enforce ethical standards, and implement corrections, errata, or retractions following COPE guidelines.
