The Pakistan Journal of Clinical Research (PJCR) adheres to internationally recognized publication ethics and copyright policies to ensure transparency, integrity, and fair dissemination of research. Upon manuscript acceptance, authors grant PJCR a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, and archive their work while retaining copyright and the right to share it in institutional repositories or preprint servers, use it in future academic works, and distribute copies for non-commercial educational or research purposes. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0) or other standard open-access licenses, allowing readers to freely read, share, adapt, and use the work for both commercial and non-commercial purposes with proper attribution. Authors are responsible for ensuring originality, obtaining permissions for third-party content, and properly crediting previously published material. PJCR reserves the right to edit, format, archive, index, and enforce ethical standards, including retractions or corrections when necessary. In cases of ethical concerns, plagiarism, or major errors, the journal may retract or remove articles in accordance with COPE guidelines, and withdrawal after acceptance may incur a fee.
